Efficient designing. In the office and on site.

The CADS Planner Electric is also an answer to the versatile designing needs of energy and telecommunication companies. The software together with the other products of the CADS Planner product range such as, for example, the CADS Planner DM, which is meant for document management, form a superior complex.

Covering a wide scope of needs.

With the CADS Planner Electric, you can efficiently produce, for example, the following:

From fixing single drawings to large projects.

The CADS Planner Electric is widely applicable for the electrical/automation design and documentation needs of energy and telecommunication companies. The three-level Electric product range (Lite, Standard, Pro) enables the acquisition of the correctly determined software, whether the need be for smaller scale drawing maintenance or for full-scale designing.

Using the benefits of the entire product range.

The CADS Planner Viewer, which is offered free of charge, is excellent for viewing and printing CAD drawings. Thus, for example, the communication between the mechanics and production personnel will go smoothly. With the Rasta application, for example, map images can be uploaded into CADS; and plans can be created efficiently based on these. With the GeoXY application, geographic information is easy to transfer directly from the terrain into the design program, and the other way around.

With an appropriate licence.

In addition to the software to be installed to individual workstations, we are offering a possibility of a network licence. In this case, the software can be installed onto the necessary number of computers, and the number according to the licence can be in use at a time. Thus cost efficiency is achieved, especially for the changing needs of large user groups.

Undisputed compatibility.

The excellent compatibility of the CADS Planner Electric is already a concept. The software can read and produce DRW, DWG, DXF, PDF and IFC files. The use of old CAD drawing archives is smooth as the CADS Planner can open, for example, DWG drawings dating all the way from the 1980’s.
