CADS Planner Profile

Design system for designing aluminium and steel constructions

CADS Planner Profile Pro design system is an open application developed for designing aluminium and steel constructions for doors, windows, glass walls, balconies and fa�ades. You can use CADS Planner Profile for creating front images, sections, part lists and cut lists of profile constructions. The cut lists can be optimized with the optimization feature of CADS Planner Profile, on a project-specific basis, if necessary.

Co-operation in development

The CADS Planner Profile design system is developed in co-operation with Finnish profile producers and importers. It entails profile libraries from Forster, Nordic Aluminium, Purso and Jansen. CADS Planner Profile is designed as an open application. It is not bound to the profiles of specific producers. You can add your own profiles to the system by yourself.

Automated image creation

CADS Planner Profile includes several predefined basic solutions which produce an image even faster than before. The constructions are predefined which means that you do not have to do more than resize the construction as needed and add suitable glass and fixed parts.

Automatic creation of cut lists

The front images constructed by CADS Planner Profile enable you to automatically generate cut lists that include the cutting lengths and the angles as orders for work. The project-specific cut lists can be compiled into one compound list where the program gathers profiles from selected list files. CADS Planner Profile includes also on optimizing standard feature. It also provides graphic glass lists based on the drawing, part lists and profile and part pricing.
