Support e-mail addresses

Technical support by e-mail and telephone is free of charge for registered CADS customers. Support is available during workdays from 09.00 to 17.00

We expect a customer to have gone through solutions described in a user manual or online help before contacting our support.

E-mail support

E-mail is preferred contact method especially when there is a drawing related problem. Problem solving is more fluent when you can send us a drawing and an error description by e-mail. E-mails are processed in order of arrival.

When contacting by e-mail, please include following information:

  • Version number of CADS and its applications
  • Are you using workstation or network version of CADS?
  • Operating system (and its version number)
  • In a case of an error message: the action prior the problem, conditions possibly relating the problem and the exact words of an error message.

Please tell us also:

  • your name and phone number
  • your company name
  • the actions you've taken to solve the problem
